Continued lettings success at Sandyford Properties sees record levels of industrial occupancy in Stoke on Trent and Chester

It has been a busy summer at Sandyford Properties with industrial units particularly in high demand. Recent lettings at Joiners Square Industrial Estate, Stoke-on-Trent, Mount Industrial Estate, Stone, and Brymau Three Industrial Estate, Chester has resulted in near record levels of occupancy.

Sandyford Properties owns and manages over 1.2 million square feet of industrial workspace throughout Staffordshire and Cheshire. The recent lettings mean that less than 20,000 sqft (1.6%) is currently vacant – and in all cases is under refurbishment prior to letting.

Recent lettings include lettings to existing occupiers looking to expand, and lettings to leisure, warehousing and trade/retail uses in the more urban locations.
