Based at Three Counties House in Stoke-on-Trent, we are a cohesive and seasoned team of real estate professionals, with a proven track record of collaboration. Our strategic location places us at the heart of our North Staffordshire property portfolio.

Paul Brindley

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Paul Brindley

Paul joined Sandyford as managing director in 2016. He has extensive experience of finance and the real estate sector. He previously worked at Business Growth Fund, a growth capital investor, investing in businesses across the Midlands and working with various investee companies as they implemented their business plans. Paul is a qualified Chartered Accountant, and trained with EY, working in its mergers & acquisitions team for five years.

Jason Allen

Jason is responsible for all building and maintenance work and the development and improvement of our properties and sites. He works closely with our property rental and management team to provide a seamless integrated service to our occupiers.

Sally is responsible for forecasting and analysis of company and portfolio cashflows and returns, financial management of company capex and construction projects and financial reporting around the company’s debt and financial structure in addition to supervision over other finance elements

Jason Goss

Head of building surveying

Jason Goss

Jason leads Sandyford’s building surveying function with responsibility for technical due diligence, capital investment planning, leasehold compliance and dilapidations and long-term building maintenance across our multi-let industrial portfolio.

He also advises on acquisition surveys and planning, in addition to supporting special projects.

Charlie Grange

Facilities Manager

Charlie Grange

Charlie is Facilities Manager, responsible for the day-to-day management, maintenance and operational performance of the portfolio. A tenant-facing role, Charlie acts as the first point of contact for occupiers, overseeing on-site issues, co-ordinating maintenance works and ensuring assets are managed to a consistently high standard. He undertakes regular site inspections, maintains detailed records and works closely with contractors to deliver practical, efficient solutions.s are managed to a high standard.
