Dave said: “Sandyford Properties has been brilliant. They have been approachable and not overbearing.

“Sandyford Properties has made it possible for me to take up residence early and with 6 months free rent.

“The previous occupiers wanted to get out of their contract early and so they put together an agreement that I could move in and the rent was already covered by the previous occupiers so I didn’t have to pay anything extra.”

He continued to say, “My business has absolutely grown since I moved into the Newfield unit. I ran my classes out of school halls and village halls before which came with challenges.

“I had to consider things like school holidays and the place being closed, and I had to unpack and repack all of my equipment and it just didn’t look professional. Now I have my own space, everything is there ready, and I have no restrictions on opening times.”
