After significant business growth, Ruby Granite made the decision to extend and modernise its factory by adding a spacious showroom which displays a vast collection of natural and man-made materials. The manufacturer is also currently letting a spacious unit from Sandyford Properties to safely store more products.

Ruby Granite has 21 staff to accommodate its increasing workload, and its current premises in Mochdre offers the much-needed capacity to enable further growth and development.

Ross Salter, Managing Director and founder of Ruby Granite said: “Ruby Granite was founded in 2004 and we’ve been fortunate enough to continue our growth over the years.

“We complete items for the Trade, Retail and Commercial sectors, so space is really important to our business. Since letting Sandyford Properties’ large industrial unit, located next to our North Wales site, we’re now able to supply up to 25 kitchens a week.”

Ross added: “Our previous site served us well and the business had been growing steadily, but it really took off when we moved to our site in North Wales.

“Our total number of sales has increased by 94% each week, which has seen increased profits and given us the opportunity to welcome many new members to the team.”

Ruby Granite has over 60 years combined experience in manufacturing and supplying items such as kitchen worktops, vanity tops, bath surrounds, windowsills, desks, bar tops, doorsteps and bespoke items. Its showroom in North Wales has over 300 slabs to view and choose from, as well as twelve kitchen displays and a viewpoint into the factory.
