Sandyford Properties, the UK multi-let industrial property company, has secured two leases totalling 6,204 sq ft at Astmoor Industrial Estate in Runcorn, Cheshire.
Car Park Coating Limited, a business specialising in car park flooring solutions, has taken unit 34 at Astmoor, totalling 3,048 sq ft, on a five-year lease.
Spoon Desserts, a catering company specialising in desserts, has taken unit 33 at the estate, comprising 3,156 sq ft of warehouse space, on a three-year lease.
Both properties have been fitted with level access loading doors and have secure self-contained yards, along with integrated office space.
Astmoor Industrial Estate is strategically located in close proximity to junctions 11 and 12 of the M6 motorway, providing excellent access to the nearby urban centres of Liverpool and Manchester. The estate is also positioned just two miles from the 3MG Mersey Multimodal Gateway hub in Halton, Cheshire, enabling superb transport links by rail, road and sea.

The leases were secured by Sandyford’s internal asset management team and BA Commercial.
