Sandyford Properties, the UK multi-let industrial property company, has secured three leases totalling 14,308 sq ft at two of its multi-let industrial estates in Cheshire.
Paragon Traffic Management, a national traffic management service provider, has taken units 23 and 24, totalling 6,408 sq ft, at Astmoor Industrial Estate in Runcorn. The occupier has agreed a five-year lease at a rent of £6.50/sq ft.
Also at Astmoor Industrial Estate, Sterling Inks UK, a printing ink manufacturer, has taken a unit of 3,089 sq ft on a five-year lease.
The Cheshire Joiners, a bespoke carpentry company, has signed a five-year lease for units 6 and 7 at Brymau Four Industrial Estate in Saltney. The units comprise 4,811 sq ft of flexible industrial space.
Astmoor Industrial Estate is positioned near junctions 11 and 12 of the M6 motorway and the 3MG Mersey Multimodal Gateway hub in Halton, Cheshire, providing excellent access to Liverpool, Manchester and international cargo routes.
Brymau Four Industrial Estate is located two miles from Chester city centre, on the border of England and Wales, and is in close proximity to the North Wales Expressway and Chester railway station.
