Sandyford properties expands portfolio with acquisition of The Glades Stoke on Trent

Commercial property investor, Sandyford Properties, has completed the acquisition of The Glades in Stoke-on-Trent, a development of three modern industrial units comprising 11,000 sqft.

The units have been acquired from long-term owners, St Modwen Pension Fund and now form part of Sandyford Properties’ ever-growing portfolio.

Each of the three units at The Glades feature an eaves height of 6-metres and generous yard space, making them ideal for businesses of many sizes. Prominently located on Stoke-on-Trent’s leading commercial location, the site is also just a short distance from Hanley town centre, offering excellent commuter links and access to many local amenities.

The acquisition adds to Sandyford Properties’ existing holdings on Festival Trade Park and its wider portfolio of industrial properties in the local area. Cementing the firm’s position as North Staffordshire’s leading supplier of multi-let commercial space.
