Commercial property management firm, Sandyford Properties, has recently commissioned the sale of Broad Street, Stoke-on-Trent, to a local investor.
Broad Street houses three retail units, as well as a popular nightclub and underground music venue, and also features three floors of modern, spacious and practical office units.
Paul Brindley of Sandyford Properties commented: “Sandyford Properties is pleased to announce the sale of Broad Street in Hanley as we aim to continue focusing on the core business of multi-let properties.”
Sandyford Properties had held many commercial spaces on Broad Street for over 30 years, many of them let by long standing occupiers such as Francesco Hair and Unique Carpets & Flooring.
Paul added: “The site holds the potential to attract more people to the city centre and bring new opportunities to the people of Stoke-on-Trent.
“The team would like to wish the new owner and occupier all the very best in the future.”
Sandyford Properties was represented in the sale by Richard Saum at Ansons Solicitors.
