Sandyford Properties has successfully completed the acquisition of Cheshire-based Daneside Business Park, a multi-led industrial estate in Congleton which comprises 20 spacious units and additional storage compounds.
The site, located off Riverdane Road, is just a stone’s throw from the town centre and provides spacious accommodation for small to medium-sized businesses. Daneside Business Park had been under private ownership and is Sandyford Properties’ first estate acquisition in Congleton.
Each unit ranges in size from 800 to 6,500 sqft, providing many local and national businesses with ample amounts of prominently located, modern workspace.
The commercial property business space provider is also proposing to further invest in the fabric of Daneside Business Park over the coming years, which they hope will see additional business spaces and units available for many new and potential long-term occupiers.
Paul Brindley of Sandyford Properties said: “The successful acquisition of Daneside Business Park will hopefully attract many local and national businesses to Cheshire and the wider area. After completing the acquisition of our first Congleton-based estate, the team plans to acquire many more in the future.”
Sandyford Properties were advised by Barry Riley of Alstonefield Real Estate and Trish Randles of Aaron and Partners LLP. The seller was advised by Andy Groves of Harris Lamb.
The commercial property business space provider leases commercial properties across Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire and Cheshire, including at their Daneside Business Park site in Congleton. One of the vacant units at their newly acquired estate is pending a full refurbishment ready to welcome its new occupants.
Situated in a busy industrial area in the heart of Congleton, Daneside Business Park is home to 20 workshop units in a well-established trading location alongside the River Dane.
