Sandyford Properties, the UK multi-let industrial property company, has let a unit at Joiners Square Industrial Estate, Stoke-on-Trent, to a skills and apprenticeships training organisation.
Unit 7 comprises 3,151 sq ft of industrial space and has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment programme, which included the refurbishment of ground floor storage space and the construction of office space on the first floor.
The Spark Group, a sustainable energy skills training organisation, has taken the unit on a five-year lease. The group has chosen space at Joiners Square to accommodate its rapid growth, having already worked with more than 1,000 young people across nine schools since it was founded by Daniel Canavan in 2023.
Joiners Square is located in Hanley, close to the A50 and junction 15 of the M6 motorway, and is less than a mile from the centre of Stoke-on-Trent.

The lease was secured by Sandyford’s internal asset management team.
