Sandyford Properties, the UK multi-let industrial property company, has acquired an industrial terrace in Halesowen for £3.4 million, continuing its strategy of investing in well‑built, income‑secure industrial assets.
The purpose built industrial terrace, comprising Units 1–6 Chancel Way, is located in the established Mucklow Hill industrial area and extends to approximately 44,000 sq ft. It is fully occupied by three long standing manufacturing businesses across six units, two of which benefit from their own secure, fenced yards.
The property was acquired off market from a private family property company. Sandyford was advised by FHP. Legal advice was provided by Hill Dickinson.
This acquisition marks Sandyford’s entry into the West Midlands, complementing its core holdings in Staffordshire and Cheshire and supporting its strategy to grow its footprint across the wider Midlands and North West.
Paul Brindley, managing director of Sandyford Properties, said: “Chancel Way is exactly the type of asset we look for – well-maintained, purpose-built industrial space in a proven location, with a strong underlying income profile and clear potential to drive future growth.
“This acquisition supports our ongoing shift toward higher quality, reversionary stock and further strengthens the resilience of our portfolio”.
