Sandyford Properties, the UK multi-let industrial property company, has appointed Charlie Grange as Facilities Manager.
Charlie will be responsible for the day-to-day management, maintenance and upkeep of Sandyford’s portfolio of industrial assets in Staffordshire, Cheshire and the East Midlands. Formerly Scheduling and Procurement Assistant at SFD Group, he will act as a tenant-facing point of contact across the 1.8 million sq ft portfolio, overseeing on-site operations, co-ordinating maintenance activity and ensuring that assets are managed efficiently and consistently.
Charlie will take the lead on face-to-face and written communications with tenants, acting as the on-site representative of Sandyford.
He will also be responsible for maintaining internal records of issues raised across the portfolio, undertaking regular scheduled site inspections and project-managing maintenance works with external contractors through to resolution.
