Sandyford Properties, the UK multi-let industrial property company, has acquired seven units at Manor Point, a mixed-use business park in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire, from a private owner.
The units total 28,071 sq ft, ranging in size from 1,894 sq ft to 5,809 sq ft, and are predominantly let to national and local occupiers including Screwfix and Howdens. One vacant unit of 5,809 sq ft is currently being marketed for occupation by Williams Sillitoe.
The space at Manor Point adds to Sandyford’s existing properties in Cheshire and is part of the company’s wider plans to expand its presence across the Midlands and North West as it looks to double the size of its portfolio over the next five years.
Manor Point is positioned one mile from junction 18 of the M6 motorway, providing excellent transport links to the nearby markets of Manchester, Liverpool and Chester.
