Sandyford Properties completes sale of unit at Sun Street, Stoke on Trent
March 2022: Sandyford Properties has completed the sale of a unit measuring in excess of 21,000 sqft at Sun Street, Stoke on Trent. It is currently let to Ninja Warrior on a ten year lease. The property was acquired vacant by Sandyford in 2017. Since then, Ninja Warrior has made it its home in Stoke on Trent.
The proceeds of the sale will be recycled into further site acquisitions and refurbishments within Sandyford’s portfolio. We wish the team at Ninja Warrior all the very best for the future.
