The estate was acquired off market from long-time private ownership. The estate is just a stone’s throw from Sandyford’s existing City Park site and further cements its strong offering in the area. The estate will be refurbished over the coming years and offers excellent potential to be a strong investment for Sandyford Properties in the years to come.
Situated on the wider Fenton Industrial Estate, the estate is home to a variety of uses and has some long-standing occupiers. Many units feature private, secure yard space and minimum eaves height of c. 4.5 metres.
