Last updated on September 11th, 2023 at 09:39 am

Sandyford Properties is delighted to announce the acquisition of Monarch Works, a 126,000 sq ft multi-let industrial estate in Stoke on Trent. The estate was acquired off market from long-time private ownership. The estate is just a stone’s throw from Sandyford’s existing City Park site and further cements its strong offering in the area. The estate will be refurbished over the coming years and offers excellent potential to be a strong investment for Sandyford Properties in the years to come.

Situated on the wider Fenton Industrial Estate, the estate is home to a variety of uses and has some long-standing occupiers. Many units feature private, secure yard space and minimum eaves height of c. 4.5 metres.

Thank you to Claire Cosgrove at Hill Dickinson for all of your help on the legals and David Morris at Townsend and Renaudon for his assistance during due diligence. The vendor was advised by Robert Elliott at Lowe & Elliott Chartered Surveyors.

We will hopefully have another new addition to announce in the next few weeks and continue to look for new opportunities
