Festival Trade Park is accessed from Forge Lane which joins to Etruria Road and the wider Festival Retail and Office Park.

Directions 

The entrance to Festival Trade Park is on Crown Road and is opposite the Bet365 Buildings. The road that runs in front of the trade park is Forge Lane which connects to Etruria Road or to Festival Park, with the turning opposite the dry ski slope.
