City Park is located on Dewsbury Road, Fenton Industrial Estate. Many of the units have main road frontage.  

Road 

A50 – connecting Stoke on Trent/M6 with East Midlands/M1 – 1.3 miles 

M6 – junction 15 – 4.5 miles 

Rail 

Stoke on Trent station – 1.6 miles 

Directions 

Take the turning off Victoria Road (A50) into Fenton Industrial Estate (Dewsbury Road). City Park Trading Estate is the second site along the road on the left hand side. There are two entrances to the site serving units on each side of the site.
