We have had a productive year. The Sandyford Property Group Annual Report is now available to download. Achieving 1.5 million sq. ft of property under management and 92.0% of the rentable area being multi-let industrial, the Group’s embedded value has increased considerably.
The latest progress summary demonstrates economic and UK property market trends, in addition to how the impact of our asset management strategies has benefited commercial property investors, occupiers and the Group.
In just 12 months, we have achieved key milestones, invested particularly in new acquisitions and cemented further relationships with new occupiers.
Low gearing, pragmatic asset management and selective acquisitions of reversionary assets with existing capital resources have enabled us to be well-placed for next year.
