New Industrial/Trade Counter Acquisition: Unit 5 Festival Trade Park

August 2017: Sandyford Properties Ltd has acquired Unit 5 Festival Trade Park from owner occupier, TCS John Huxley Ltd. The 12,300 sqft unit has been let on a ten year lease to Xtrutech Ltd which is fully refurbishing the building and consolidating its operations from two nearby locations.

This adds to the units on Festival Trade Park already held by Sandyford Properties Ltd which represents some of the premier light industrial space in Stoke on Trent. We would be interested in acquiring more units of this type and would welcome all such enquiries.

New Industrial Unit Acquisition: Former Newey & Eyre building, Sun Street, Hanley, Stoke on Trent

February 2018: Sandyford Properties Ltd has acquired the former Newey & Eyre building on Sun Street, Hanley. The 21,000 sqft building is positioned off the main city centre ring road on one of the main approaches into Hanley. The building was acquired with vacant possession but has now been let to Rogue Ninja (Stoke) Ltd on a ten year lease following planning consent for an indoor Ninja obstacle course, the first of its kind in Stoke-on-Trent.

This broadens the current portfolio of industrial property and trade counter units in Stoke on Trent that Sandyford Properties currently offers. We would be interested in acquiring more units of this type and would welcome any such enquiries.
